Obituary of Brandon Chase McElveen

Brandon Chase McElveen, 28, passed away Monday, August 14, 2023, at Tidelands Georgetown Memorial Hospital. Born on August 26, 1994, in Georgetown, he was a son of Wendy Melissa Jordan and Terrell David McElveen. Brandon graduated from Georgetown High School and worked as a commercial fisherman. He had a great love for being outdoors and enjoyed hunting and fishing. Survivors include his mother and father of Georgetown; one son, Haigen McAllister of Georgetown; one brother, Ashton David McElveen of Georgetown; one sister, Taylor Ward (Michael) of VA; three uncles, Donald Jordan, Jr. (Kelly), Timmy Jordan and Buck McElveen (Jane) all of Georgetown; three aunts, Evelyn Sanders, Angie Elliott and Teressa Todd (Beaver) all of Georgetown; and a number of nieces, nephews, cousins and other special family members. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Joseph D. Jordan, Sr. and Gloria Jean Jordan; paternal grandparents, Henry J. McElveen and Elizabeth McElveen. Funeral services will be held at 3 PM Friday, August 18, 2023, at Maryville Pentecostal Holiness. Burial will follow in North Hampton Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:30 PM - 2:30 PM Friday at Maryville Pentecostal Holiness Church.
