Chase is the owner of Ridgeway Funeral Home. He along with Amanda Ridgeway founded Ridgeway Funeral Home in March 2015. Chase has been in the funeral industry for the past 20 years and has proudly spent the past 14 years serving Georgetown and the surrounding areas. Chase is a native of Sumter and is a 2003 graduate of Laurence Manning Academy and a 2006 graduate of Gupton-Jones College of Funeral Service in Atlanta, GA. He is a National Board-Certified Funeral Director and Embalmer and currently holds a South Carolina Limited Life Insurance License. Chase currently serves as the Coroner for Georgetown County.
He is a member of First Baptist Church in Georgetown and has one daughter, Kennedy Grace Ridgeway.
Amanda and Chase founded Ridgeway Funeral Home in March 2015. Amanda has one daughter, Kennedy Grace Ridgeway. She was raised in Fayetteville, GA and is a 2003 graduate of Sandy Creek High School and a 2007 graduate of Mercer University, where she earned a BBA in marketing. Amanda is a Financial Advisor with Edward Jones and currently holds her Series 7 and 66 securities licenses along with her South Carolina Life, Accident and Health Insurance License. Amanda plays a vital role in the operation of Ridgeway Funeral Home and assists on funerals and visitations during her off time.
Joy is a native of Georgetown County. She is married to Charles Smith and together they have two children, Gavin and Madalynn. She is a 1996 graduate of Andrews High School and 1998 graduate of HGTC where she earned an Associate Degree in Public Service Technology. She attends Saints Delight Pentecostal Holiness Church. In her free time, she enjoys camping , fishing, boating and spending time with her family.
Jamie was born and raised in Georgetown, graduated from Georgetown High School and attended Southern Wesleyan University.
He and his wife Karen have three children, Tyler, Emily and Seth and two grandchildren. He attends Cornerstone Baptist Church and enjoys camping and spending time with his family.
Donnie grew up in Georgetown and graduated from Winyah Highschool in 1967. After graduation he attended Lake City Junior College in Forestry School and later served in the US Air Force. He went on to work for Santee Cooper and retired after 30 years of service.
Donnie is married Adline Ard Bullard and together they have two daughters, Linda Freeman and Dana Blumenthal and five grandchildren.
Donnie is a member of First Baptist Church where he serves as a deacon. He enjoys fishing and hunting.
Michael was born and raised in Andrews and graduated from Williamsburg High School and South University. After graduating, he was drafted into the Army and served a tour in Vietnam. He is married to the former Lynda Pendergrass and together they have two children. They reside in Murrells Inlet.
Charles was born and raised in Georgetown County. He is married to Beth McCants Cribb and together they have two daughters, Joni Grant and Carmen Roberts and three grandchildren. Charles serves as a deacon at The Sanctuary at Maryville Pentecostal Holiness Church. He enjoys reading, studying, playing the piano and spending time with his family.

Kenny Johnson is the senior pastor at Ringel Heights Baptist Church and served as the Georgetown County Coroner for 24 years. Kenny is a graduate of Holmes Bible College and Charleston Southern University.
He is married to Rhonda Johnson and has three children. Kenny enjoys camping, serving the Lord and spending time with his beloved family.
Dean is a native of Hendersonville, NC. He retired from Kimberly Clark with thirty-two years of service. He is a graduate of West Henderson High School and Isothermal Community College with a degree in medical technology. He began working in funeral service in 1998.
He and his wife, Debra Walker, live in Pawleys Island and they enjoy camping, fishing, gardening and traveling.
Brandon McConnell was born and raised in Georgetown. He graduated from Georgetown High School in 2005 and then went on to study at Horry-Georgetown Technical College. Brandon currently works at the Georgetown County Sheriff’s Office as a Sergeant, where he has provided our county with 15 years of service.
He continues to reside in Georgetown with his wife Amy McConnell and their four fur babies.
Kennedy is the daughter of Chase and Amanda Ridgeway. She attends Maryville Elementary and enjoys dance, gymnastics, playing softball and basketball. Kennedy can be found greeting people at visitations or entertaining people with her infectious personality. She enjoys meeting new people and playing with her dog Sallie.
