Obituary of Patricia Wall Creel

Patricia Wall Creel, 81, widow of Henry M. Creel, Sr., passed away Monday, October 17, 2022, at Conway Medical Center. Mrs. Creel was born on February 28, 1941, in Spartanburg, to the late Wilburn G. Wall and the late Mary Corine Poole Wall. She was a dedicated member of Six Mile Crossing Church of God and served as the Sunday school secretary for 39 years. Mrs. Creel enjoyed watching the Weather Channel and making sure everyone was up to date on the weather. With a caregiver’s heart, Mrs. Creel loved taking care of children and spending time with her family. Survivors include six children, Laurie Cox (Cliff) of Chappells, Amy Thomas of Andrews, Carla Wilson (John) of Andrews, Sheran Creel of Andrews, Henry "Squeaky" Creel, Jr. (Lea) of Garden City and Mandy Bouchette (Wade) of Andrews; eight grandchildren, Emily Burke (Matt) of Woodruff, Whitney Cox of Colorado, Brian Barrineau of Andrews, Lindsay Cameron of Greer, Christopher Wilson of Andrews, Patrick Wilson of Andrews, Kaylan Bouchette of Johnsonville and Brandon Bouchette of Andrews; three great grandchildren, Lidia Peralta, Sawyer Peralta and Bryce Wilson; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a sister, Sue Davis. Funeral Services will be held at 2 PM Thursday, October 20, 2022, at Six Mile Crossing Church of God. Burial will follow in Bethel United Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM Wednesday at Ridgeway Funeral Home.
