Obituary of Sinjin Joseph Cummings

Sinjin Joseph “Bubba” Cummings, 27, passed away Thursday, April 18, 2019 at Tidelands Georgetown Memorial Hospital.

Born on April 15, 1992, in Georgetown, he was the son of Donald Ewton Cummings, Jr. and Carol Ann Marable Cummings. Sinjin graduated from Georgetown High School and enjoyed camping, fishing, riding dirt bikes, shooting guns and most of all spending time with his daughter.

Survivors include his mother and father of Georgetown; one daughter, Baylie Elizabeth Cummings of Georgetown; one sister, Dixie Marie Cummings Bryant of Georgetown; paternal grandmother, Marie Cummings of Georgetown; maternal grandmother, Doris Butler of Georgetown; one nephew, Tyler James Bryant of Georgetown; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Donald Ewton Cummings, Sr. and two cousins, Devin Joseph Kerrigan and Heather Gayle Bratton.

A memorial service will be held at 11 AM Thursday, April 25, 2019 at North Hampton Baptist Church with Rev. Kenny Johnson officiating. Inurnment will follow in the church cemetery.

The family will receive friends following the service at the home of his mother and father.
