Rocky D Ward

Rocky D. Ward, 65, passed away Sunday, March 1, 2020 at his daughter’s home. Born on March 11, 1954, in Georgetown, he was a son of the late Clemons Ward and the late Audrey Wilson Lee. Mr. Ward was a member of St. Delight Pentecostal Holiness Church and enjoyed fishing, hunting and spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. Survivors include three children, Robert Ward (Angel) of Georgetown, Benji Ward of Georgetown and Cindy Ward (Bobby) of Camden; four grandchildren, Christopher Todd, Brycen Moseley, Ashbee Moseley and Saylor Baipho all of Camden; four brothers, Kenneth Ward (Lin) of CA, Charles Ward (Linda) of Moncks Corner, Leroy Ward (Patricia) of Georgetown and Glenn Ward (Patsy) of Andrews; two step brothers, Bobby Wilson (Bertha Mae) of Georgetown and James Wilson (Margie) of Georgetown; three step sisters, Mary Cox (Bobby) of Andrews, Kitty McCants (Joe) of Sumter and Elaine Hutson (Dreyfus) of Sumter; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a brother, Everette Wilson; three step brothers, David Wilson, Phillip Wilson and Steve Wilson; and one step sister, Patsy Hutson. Funeral Services will be held at 1 PM Friday, March 6, 2020 at St. Delight Pentecostal Holiness Church. Burial will follow in the Holmes Cemetery.
