Naomi Parker Legrand, 71, wife of William B. Parker, passed away Wednesday, August 3, 2022 at Roper Hospice Cottage.
Born on July 29, 1951, in Georgetown, she was a daughter of the late Solomon Lambert and the late Lena Mae Michou Lambert. Mrs. Legrand was a member of Georgetown Church of God and enjoyed cooking and baking, and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Survivors include her husband of Georgetown; three children, Brenda Gailey (Dallas) of Jamestown, Kenneth Parker of Georgetown and Timothy Parker (Sheryl) of Georgetown; seven grandchildren, Juelya Benenhaley (Shawn) of Moncks Corner, Patrick Gailey (Ashley) of Moncks Corner, Lauren Gailey (Taylor Brewer) of Moncks Corner, Kenny Parker of Andrews, Ethan Simmons of Hemingway, Carlin McKenzie (Sheldon Banks) of Georgetown and Blake Parker of Myrtle Beach; seven great grandchildren; two sisters, Betty Shuler of Georgetown and Judy Davis of GA; two brothers, Ronnie Shealy (Lisa) of Summerville and Bobby Mills of Moncks Corner; three sisters-in-law, Connie Lambert of Lake City, Debbie Hobgood (Allen) of Andrews and Nettie Parker of Fountain Inn; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by five brothers and one sister.
Graveside services will be held at 10:30 AM Friday, August 5, 2022, in Pennyroyal Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends from 9-10 AM Friday at Ridgeway Funeral Home.
