Larry Glenn Michau

Larry Glenn Michau, 74, husband of Mary Elizabeth Anderson Michau, passed away Thursday, February 13, 2025, at his home.

Born on November 26, 1950, in Georgetown, he was a son of the late Clemmons Michau and the late Lula Roberts Michau. Mr. Michau was a member of Georgetown Presbyterian Church where he was an Elder and served on the property committee. His love for the outdoors was evident as he spent countless hours hunting, fishing and crabbing. Along with his love for the outdoors, Mr. Michau also enjoyed traveling, especially to national parks.

Survivors include his wife of Georgetown; one daughter, Renee M. Church (Richard) of Georgetown; two grandchildren, Elizabeth High of Charleston and Alex High of Georgetown; one sister, Janet Blackmon (Kim) of Georgetown; one brother, Jimmy Michau (Margie) of Augusta, GA; a sister-in-law, Agnes Michau of Georgetown and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by a son, Larry Glenn Michau, Jr., and two brothers, Ulmer James Michau and Donnie Clemmons Michau.

Services will be private.
