Kathleen Martin

Kathleen Ann Sanderson Martin, 71, passed away Friday, August 2, 2024, at her home. Born on August 8, 1952, in Johnstown, PA, she was a daughter of the late Richard Doyle Sanderson and the late Barbara Loraine Altmos Sanderson. Ms. Martin worked at the Ball and Que for more than 20 years and had a great love for watching TV, playing games on her phone, being on the river and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Survivors include her longtime companion, Tony Matthews of Georgetown; 3 children, Sean Martin, Amanda Martin and Erin Seagraves (Travis) all of Georgetown; a step daughter, Sharon Estell of Conway; nine grandchildren, Devon, Raven, Jordon, Bella, Leah, Hayden, Kaydence, Tristen and Travis; two brothers, David Konsavich (Bobbie) of Nanty-Glo, PA and Richard Doyle Sanderson of Pearson, FL; two sisters, Deborah Cunningham of Andrews and Karen Rogers of Andrews; a special niece, Jade Martin of Georgetown; a special friend, Jan Morris of Conway; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clarance H. Martin, Jr.; one sister, Terri Sanderson; a niece, Erica Avant; a nephew, Rusty Martin; and a great nephew, Michael Avant. A Celebration of Life will be held at 3 PM Friday, August 9, 2024, at Walinda River Landing in Andrews.
