Grace Helen Wagnon passed away peacefully to go home to be with the Lord, on Sunday, June 30, 2024.
Born on September 7, 1947, in Columbia, she was a daughter of the late Rev. Max D. Jones and the late Myrtie Cole Jones. Grace truly loved the Lord, and she leaves behind family and friends who loved her dearly. She loved to sing and traveled with her family singing at churches, camps, and revivals where her father preached. Grace always served her church faithfully, serving in many roles, from Sunday school teacher, missions, and Choir. She had a tremendous love for sports, primarily softball. Grace was also known as the aunt who always had candy or sweets and her sense of humor made her very popular with all of her nieces and nephews. She was always like a second mom to all of her children’s friends. She never met a stranger.

Mark Stump (Michelle), Tammy Glover (Brian Tenters) and Chris Stump; grandchildren Mark Stump, Taylor Domingues, Jenna Rhea (Stephen), Elizabeth Stump, Max Stump, Lauren Stump, Rebekah Averratti, Cassie Show, Jordan Show, Abbey Glover and Jaelee Stump; and one great granddaughter, Celeste Jones.
