Cindy Bone-Morris

Cynthia Pearl “Cindy” Bone-Morris, widow of Nicholas Christopher “Nick” Morris, passed away Thursday, January 23, 2025, at her home.

Born on November 29, 1978, in Georgetown, she was a daughter of Nancy Jean Nicholas Bone and the late William Leonard “Penny” Bone. Cindy grew up with a love for life’s simple pleasures. Her creative spirit was evident in her passion for crafting, finding hidden treasures while thrift shopping and working as a cosmetologist for many years. Cindy’s creative spirit was matched with a green thumb. She found great joy in working with plants and watching them grow. 

Cindy was a devoted animal lover. Her compassion for animals was limitless, and she treated each pet as a member of her family. Above all, Cindy adored her children. Her legacy of love and support will live on in their lives and will continue to inspire them.

Survivors include her mother of Andrews; two children, Sydnee Young (fiancé Brady Skelly) of Georgetown and Wyatt Morris of Andrews; one brother, Tony Bone of Andrews; three sisters, Teresa Walters (Sam) of Georgetown, Debbie Bone Jenkins (Harry) of Georgetown and Rene Bone (Chuck Rish) of Andrews; mother-in-law, Karen Casselman of Andrews; a sister-in-law, Wanda Love of Pawleys Island; a special cousin, Leslie Bone of Andrews; and numerous nieces and nephews. 

She was preceded in death by three brothers, Bill Bone, Mike Bone and Alfred Bone.

Funeral services will be held at 2 PM Monday, January 27, 2025, at Andrews Church of God. Burial will follow in Piney Forest Cemetery.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
