Billie Lambert

Lamer Lee “Billie” Fulton Lambert, 86, widow of Rev. Snooks V. Lambert, passed away Thursday, May 12, 2022, at her son’s home. Born on September 7, 1935, in Georgetown County, she was a daughter of the late Thomas R. Fulton and the late Katie T. Powell Fulton. Mrs. Lambert attended Sampit Pentecostal Holiness Church. She was a simple lady that enjoyed the simpler things in life, such as just sitting on the front porch, rocking in a rocking chair. Survivors include one son, Frankie Lambert (Linda) of Georgetown; two grandchildren, Brandy Lambert and Joshua Lambert of Georgetown; one great grandchild, Joshua Justain Lambert of Georgetown; two brothers, Sam Fulton of Leesville, LA and Vernon Fulton (Gwen) of Fayetteville, NC; a number of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a sister, Natalie Avant. A graveside service will be held at 2 PM Sunday, May 15, 2022, in Sampit United Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM Saturday at Ridgeway Funeral Home.
